Frequently Asked Questions

 

Will I have to file a bunch of paper work with my insurance company?

No.  Simply, turn in a claim to your insurance company, and we will take care of the rest.  All we need is your car.

Will my insurance rates go up if I file an auto glass claim?

No, they shouldn’t.  The claim will fall under the comprehensive portion of your policy not the collision portion.  In short, it wasn’t your fault so it shouldn’t count against you.


How long is the wait to replace a glass in my car?

If you contact us first thing in the morning, we can usually have your vehicle ready for you before lunch.  If it’s more convenient for you to drop your vehicle off around lunch time, we can have it back to you before the end of business that same day.


Will you install a used or new glass that was purchased from someone else?

Yes.  We will be more than happy to install your own glass.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your glass in the event that it gets broken while in our possession.
